The Social Media Marketing Intern will be responsible for supporting humans’ Marketing Team, doing anything necessary to drive additional fans, followers, signups, and most importantly, customers to humans.ro. This is a hands-on role – you will own key metrics for social media marketing and learn hands on how to generate customers through social media channels.
Your Role:
- Develop strategies to amass crazy amounts of fans and followers on Facebook and Twitter.
- Implement Social Media Marketing strategies by writing effective copy, designing banners, designing landing pages, and closely measuring results.
- Design and Launch at least one contest/giveaway with clear and measurable goals to drive new customers.
- Implement tests and execute upon findings in the areas of effective copy-writing, user behavior, promotional effectiveness and landing page design.
- Generate reports and analyze performance of marketing campaigns. |

Qualifications:
- Passion for marketing a great consumer product that everyone will love and use – your friends, family and relatives will be in awe.
- Strong interest in Social Media – Facebook, Twitter, Blogging, etc.
- LOTS of experience using Facebook – you have lots of friends and you post regularly and get comments.
- Exceptional analytical skills, including the ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, and develop recommendations
- Strong Excel skills. You dream about pivot tables at night and Excel formulas are your second language.
- Competent with Photoshop, HTML, CSS is a huge plus.
- Strong communication skills - if you have a problem with something, you speak up.
- Extremely hard working.
- Thrive on working with A-players. You’re too good to spend long hours with B-players.
